FAQ

Trauma is the long-lasting response to a distressing event. Childhood trauma can come from various experiences like abuse, bullying, neglect, feelings of helplessness, etc. Signs of unresolved trauma include emotional distress, self-criticism, avoidance, physical symptoms without clear causes, trust issues, and relationship difficulties. If these symptoms are affecting your daily life, it’s important to seek a professional evaluation from a family doctor or a psychiatrist. We can explore your experiences and symptoms together to understand your unique situation and provide the support with or without a formal diagnosis.

The fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $150.

Each of these approaches offers unique benefits for emotional regulation. I can also combine techniques from multiple types of therapy to create a personalized treatment plan that best meets your needs.
