In person therapy in Vaughan | Online therapy across Ontario.

Living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) can feel like navigating a turbulent sea, where intense highs and lows shape each day. It’s as if you’re walking around with no skin and feeling every emotion in its rawest form—joy can become euphoric, sadness can be overwhelming, and anger can be intense.

You might experience a strong fear of abandonment, which can make relationships feel especially challenging. This fear might lead you to seek reassurance and validation from others, as you work through these intense emotions and find ways to manage them.

Do you feel like you’re on a roller coaster with no brakes? One moment you’re on a high, feeling elated and connected, and the next, you’re plummeting into deep, painful lows. The intensity of the emotions can change quickly and unpredictably.

Struggling with a shifting sense of self can also be difficult. It might feel like your identity is constantly changing, making decisions feel daunting and validation from others very important. You might find yourself responding to emotions in ways that provide immediate relief but sometimes complicate your feelings further. Beneath these experiences, a deep sense of emptiness might make you yearn for connection and understanding.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’m here to offer support and help you find stability and a deeper sense of self.
